The last track of the night?
One of the favourite last tracks is The Mole People – ‘Break Night’. There’s magic in these chords – it just never gets old.
The best chillout record?
Ashra –New Age Of Earth. A good friend of mine introduced me to Ash Ra Tempel and I still like to come back to this record when I want to relax and let the music drag me in to an eternal world of beautiful soundscapes.
The best record for a family party?
Technotronic – ‘Pump Up The Jam’. It works for all generations. This is the first choice when we’re messing around the house.
The soundtrack to a lazy Sunday afternoon?
TV Victor – ‘The Ways Of The Bodies’. I like this guy, and have been listening to his stuff for many years. It’s perfect for creating atmosphere without any expectations, like Sundays usually are.
The record you’re proudest of?
‘Distant Shores’. It’s special to me because I wrote it while going through a rough period in my life. It carries some deep emotions and I am happy that people picked it up. I hope it becomes a future classic.
