I am Ødyzon, my real name it’s Arnaud Botton and I am 17 years old.
Where are you from?
I hail from France.

My music is a harmonious fusion of electronic and ambient elements, crafting captivating soundscapes that transport listeners to otherworldly realms.

Why should we follow what you’re doing?
To help me in my passion which is music. I would like to live from my music and therefore you will help me to propel myself.
Which of your tracks sums you up? Why?
The track that truly encapsulates my essence is “Sleepless.” Its ambient electro version marked a pivotal moment in my musical evolution, capturing the essence of my creative spirit.
What have you got coming out in the near future?
I have an eagerly anticipated EP titled “Analog” releasing on September 1, 2023. This collection of five distinct tracks, skillfully infused with analog sounds, is bound to captivate listeners.
What or who is your biggest influence and why?
The allure of electronic music pioneers like Boards Of Canada, Analog Mannequin, and Disco Lines. They inspire me to create unique and immersive compositions.
How did you get into DJing/producing to begin with?
My musical journey began at the age of 7 when I started playing the piano. As my passion grew, I explored various instruments, eventually delving into computer-assisted electronic music at 9.
What are three things on your studio shopping list?
On my studio shopping list are a high-quality synthesizer, top-notch studio monitors, and a versatile MIDI controller.
Who or what have you sacrificed for your art?
I’ve sacrificed countless hours, personal time, and even some social experiences to fully dedicate myself to honing my craft and creating captivating music.
What’s been your favourite place to play so far?
While I primarily focus on production, I dream of performing in iconic venues in the future.

What one song would feature on the soundtrack to your life?
The soundtrack to my life would undoubtedly feature the mesmerizing track “Sleepless”.
What motivates you?
What motivates me is creating music that appeals to people, bringing them together to listen to my music and enabling them to forget their social, religious, or ethnic differences. I want people to share a moment of pure connection through the emotions evoked by my compositions.

What’s the best bit of advice you’ve received?
One of the most valuable pieces of advice I have received comes from a friend who encouraged me to persevere, maintain self-confidence, and believe in my abilities.
As someone inclined towards self-reflection and constant questioning, I became aware of the critical importance of self-confidence to move forward. This realization led me to understand that self-confidence and belief in one’s dreams are essential for success in life.
Where will you be in five years’ time?
In five years I hope to be able to live from my passion which is music.
