Nick Dare has been DJing and producing since the early 90s, and with his record store background, his influences stem from a deep and rich music collection. Nick’s DJ sets encompass a wide spectrum of styles specifically aimed at the dancefloor which have won him guest appearances and residencies at clubs including Fabric, Egg and Ministry of Sound. Nick currently promotes Played in Full, an event where the music ethos spans the vast dance music heritage of funk, soul, disco and house. Nick also hosts regular mix shows on Brixton Radio Graffiti Kings.
Production wise Nick honed his unique sound while running several labels during the 90s and 00s, including Reform Recordings and went on to release tracks on legacy labels such as Lost My Dog, Wiggle and Detour. Nick has continued to release quality underground music through a select group of outlets including Unreserved Records, Kolour Recordings, Household Digital and Midnight Social Recordings.
