Behringer teases their first Eurorack module and modular synth case. Blond:ish gets huge industry support for plastic initiative. Facebook to pay royalties. Gershon Kingsley passes away.

What a difference a week makes. Despite our recent lighthearted jibes, Behringer has had a good year. Their latest reveal, and we had to wait a whole week for new Behringer news, is the Euroack Go, a modular synth case and “beefy” power supply. Prices and availability are not yet announced but we suspect the price will be attractive. In the video, they also tease their first Eurorack module which appears similar to a Moog-style ladder filter with low-pass and high-pass filters which makes plenty of sense having cloned Moog synths already. Check out the video below.

“Eco-Rider”. Vivie-Ann Bakos, founder of Bye Bye Plastic has successfully acquired the signatures of 1500 DJs to sign her #PlasticFreeParty which includes a single-use plastic-free “eco-rider”. DJs to have signed up include Richie Hawtin, Cassy and Honey Dijon in a community-wide pledge to reduce the use of single-use plastic in the nightlife community. Bakos, known by many as Blond:ish, unveiled her free #PlasticFreeParty last year. Watch the video below for more:
