The first Mixes of the Week for 2019 includes Jackie House for Honey Soundsystem, SHXCXCHCXSH for XLR8 and Geju for Deep House London.

Jackie House for Honey Soundsystem. Jackie House is one third of Honey Soundsystem, a collective responsible for the San Francisco club night and label of the same name. Jackie House mixes up 3 hours worth of diverse grooves, from ambient electro to soulful percussion workouts, this one has it all!

Geju for Deep House London. Moscow based duo Geju drop the latest guest mix for Deep House London. DHL, just like their Amsterdam counterpart, are purveyors of the finest and deepest flavours of house. Geju’s sound fits perfectly with their programming, as they spin a melodic and balearic inspired downtempo set.

Legowelt for J Wave Radio. Synth enthusiast Legowelt provided a mix for Tokyo’s J-Wave 81.3FM radio station. The theme is fairly uptempo, with a nice blend of driven house and techno broken up with respites of chill out breakbeat and atmospheric beat-less interludes.

SHXCXCHCXSH for XLR8. Hailing from Norrköping in eastern Sweden, SHXCXCHCXSH have been carving out a niche for themselves over the last few years with their own unique brand of experimental industrial techno. This mix for XLR8 magazine represents what they’re all about, as they mix up dark techno full of drones, textures and quirky drum patterns with the processing pushed to the limit.
