The guilty pleasure?

Carly Rae Jepsen – ‘Call Me Maybe’. My ex-girlfriend used to play this all the time and had it as a ringtone. A very well produced, catchy pop song that I actually enjoy listening to.

The last track of the night?

Lone – ‘Airglow Fires’. This changes all the time. Last weekend this one was the perfect ending after a three-hour house set I did in Eindhoven. Goosebumps all over.

The best chillout record?

Philip Glass – Glassworks. My dad played this all the time. The opening track is not from this world.

The soundtrack to a lazy Sunday afternoon?

Juxta Position – ‘Mercy’. This one made my last lazy Sunday!

The worst record you’ve ever heard?

I tend not to dwell on shitty records.

The future classic?

Stephen Brown – ‘Free & Easy’. One of techno’s unsung heroes. He never ceases to amaze me. This is from his latest release on ARTLess and instantly became one of my favourite tracks of his.

Darko Esser’s first full length release under his alias Tripeo, ‘Anipintiros’ is out now and available here. Find him on Facebook, Twitter and SoundCloud.
