Who are you?

Hi, my name is Magdalena and I am the latest addition to the Diynamic Music artist roster. Actually I was around the Diynamic Family for quite a while, but was running the homebase Hamburg club called EGO. I closed the club, so that I now can focus on my passion and profession, which is DJing, 100%.

What do you sound like?

A lovely warming mix of deep house, tech house and few experimental drops mixed in for good measure.

Why should we listen to you?

Because as a successful club owner and booker, I have been listening closely to the best underground electronic music acts for 10 years. After such a long time of watching the crowd, I know what is good and what works at what time. I have then found my own style, but you should let the music speak for itself.

What have you released so far? What else have you got coming out in the near future?

I have not released anything so far, but am working on it right now. I have like 50 ideas all in my head and am super excited to get them out. Looking very much forward to the times ahead of me.

What song sums you up? Why?

Survivor – ‘Eye of the Tiger’, because I always take up new challenges!

What or who is your biggest influence and why?

Definitely Diynamic; Solomun and all the crew, they are like family. And Anja Schneider, she’s a very good friend and has influenced me a lot music-wise, with her Mobilee parties to which she invited me to play.

Where can we hear your music?

Here.

Where will you be in five years’ time?

That’s a tough one. Well, you never know! I always try to follow my heart and instincts and take every chance I get.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.

I love to always try new things, experiment, learn. I like to keep things interesting; Evolution is a healthy part of my life.

Catch Magdalena and the Diynamic crew at Diynamic Outdoor at Destino on September 18th.
