Odyssey: the art of DJing. Attack of the clones as Behringer plans to copy a range of synth classics. Dave Smith announces the end of Tempest drum machine updates.

Art of the mix. Toolroom have put together an 18-minute film about extended DJ sets featuring, amongst others, label boss Mark Knight, US legend Roger Sanchez and Brooklyn’s Danny Tenaglia. You can watch it above.

Attack of the clones. If you can’t afford all the original synths you want, worry not: Behringer plan to copy them all, starting with budget clones of the Minimoog, ARP 2600 and Oxford Synthesiser Company OSCar.
