Kr!z for Resident Advisor. Stepping up for the latest incarnation of Resident Advisor’s mix series is Token Records boss Kr!z. Manoeuvring through 85 minutes worth of moody, dark and industrial techno, Kr!z demonstrates his slick mixing skills with quick cuts and seamless blends.
Guzy at Burning Man. Now that Burning Man is done and dusted for another year many mixes have began to surface online. And this was one of our favourites, as Guzy from Berlin’s Radikon label played this set of beautiful melodic house at the Pongo Lounge. Enjoy!
Sascha Funke for Red Light Radio. Another Berliner, this time in the form of Kompakt artist Sascha Funke, dropping a mix for Amsterdam’s Red Light Radio. Kicking off with some downbeat electronica, Funke steps things up the mix progresses, culminating in some excellent housey disco and electro.
John Talabot for Moog. Recorded live at John Talabot’s recent appearance for Barcelona club Moog. With him playing all night this clocks in at just under 5 hours, and is everything you’d expect from Talabot. From dub infused beats to balearic overtones, acid workouts and stomping disco beats, strap yourselves in for this marathon mix!
