Drum & Bass legend Goldie confirmed as the keynote speaker on the Saturday night of London Electronic Music Event 2013, alongside other exciting additions from the electronic music community.

goldie 21.3.11_086aAs Goldie announces a ‘very busy year‘ set to include collaborations with Flying Lotus, Photek and Burial, Attack can exclusively reveal that the Metalheadz label boss and creator of the iconic Timeless album will be a headline keynote speaker at this year’s London Electronic Music Event. Attack will be the official media partner for the UK’s biggest weekend of music production workshops, business seminars and live artist interviews.

Celebrating 20 years as a recording artist in 2013, Goldie will chart the history of his colourful career in music, from ‘Terminator’ to the BBC Proms and beyond. Taking place at Rich Mix in London on Saturday 13th April, it’s a unique opportunity to hear the stories from the man himself and to ask him questions about his groundbreaking contributions to electronic music history.

Also added to the bill is CDR founder Tony Nwachukwu, who will be hosting a series of sessions throughout the weekend, including a Rekids label profile with Radio Slave.

The final fresh announcement comes in the form of former Beatport top brass Daniel Cole who now heads up It’s Bigger Than, a non-profit organisation that raises awareness and donations for Syrian refugees by uniting and creating a collective conscience among Berlin’s DJ and clubbing communities.

With more line-up announcements in the pipeline, connect with LEME via their website, Facebook and Twitter.

Discounted early-bird tickets are still available, priced at £120 for the weekend.
