Audius and bitbird have teamed up once again to invite producers to collaborate and submit original music for a chance to be featured on the next official bitbird compilation.

Audius, the largest decentralized music community and discovery platform for artists and fans, has announced its partnership with bitbird, the independent label founded by San Holo. This marks the fifth collaboration between these two forward-thinking brands for their Create Together compilation.

Running from February 4 to March 3, 2025, the contest invites aspiring producers to collaborate and submit original music for a chance to be featured on the next official bitbird compilation.

“The ‘Create Together’ series has always been about fostering creativity and collaboration within our community,” said Thorwald van den Akker, co-founder & creative director of bitbird.  “Working with Audius—a platform built with creativity and an artist-first approach in mind—allows us to push this initiative forward in a way that truly supports artists. We’re excited to hear what this year’s participants create.”

Rooted in the ethos of bitbird’s ‘create forever’ philosophy, ‘Create Together’ began in 2019 as a grassroots initiative within the label’s dedicated Discord community. What started as a month-long creative challenge quickly evolved into a defining series that has propelled rising producers into the spotlight.

The ultimate reward for winning submissions is an official release on San Holo’s bitbird, allowing artists to have their work distributed through one of the most forward-thinking labels in electronic music. In addition, winners will be eligible for various prizes, including industry-leading hardware and software tools.

Another edition to this yea’rs ‘Create Together’ is all submissions will be hosted exclusively on Audius.

The winning tracks will be revealed in a unique listening party stream on Discord following the contest’s conclusion.

Want to submit?

Artists seeking involvement are encouraged to join the Audius and bitbird Discord communities to stay updated on submission details and find potential collaborators.

Submissions are now open and close on Monday, March 3, 2025.
