The best chillout record?

KLFChill Out album. Released in 1990 and still it sounds fresh in a way and is such a trip from the beginning to the end. Definitely my favourite release of this genre. No favourite track, just the whole album as it is in one piece.

The best record for a family party?

Womack and Womack – ‘Teardrops’ or maybe also Chaka Khan – ‘Ain’t Nobody’. Reminds me of my youth and childhood and for sure is music that no one will be bothered by.

The soundtrack to a lazy Sunday afternoon?

Aphex TwinSelected Ambient Works 85 – 92. All tracks are nice but ‘Heliosphan’ or ‘We Are The Music Makers’ are two to mention on this record.

The perfect last record?

Quilla – ‘One Million Broken Bikes (Ricardo Villalobos & Shaun Reeves Remix)’, released on Visionquest. It was a closing track on many parties or after parties that I attended. Actually not the version that was released but the one on Visionquest is also very nice and takes you an a little journey.
