The soundtrack to a lazy Sunday afternoon?

Without any question, it’s Kruder & Dorfmeister’s double CD on K7. Perfect after all these years…

The worst record you’ve ever heard?

I respect all producers – and everyone has their own style. I guess that just because I don’t like it, doesn’t mean it’s shit!

The record you’re proudest of?

I reckon it’s my EP on my Time Has Changed label, Between The Lines. I love all the three tracks on it, which is unusual for me to say as I’m not always confident in my music.

The future classic?

Ten Walls’ ‘Gotham’ on Life & Death. There are so many average releases about these days, but this one is just perfection. I heard it everywhere last summer and I still love it.

Acumen’s new label, Thrill Of It, launches in May with his Crush EP, which comes backed with remixes by Villanova and Danton Eeprom. Find Acumen on Facebook and SoundCloud.
