Keep up to date with the top music software bargains for Black Friday 2025 with this rolling curated list of the best software deals.
It’s Black Friday time again. But wait, you say, isn’t that not until the end of November? You’re right. Black Friday was traditionally the day after American Thanksgiving, which is always the fourth Thursday in November. Every year, though, that single day gets longer and longer, to the point that the sales period lasts almost a full month now. But who are we to complain when that means cheap software?
This year, we’ll be keeping our eyes out for the best software deals and posting them up here. It won’t be everything because not every deal is worth writing about. But the ones that we think are particularly good – the ones that we want ourselves, to be honest – end up here.

Serato Sample – 50% Off

Serato may be best known for its DJ software, but the New Zealand company also makes music production apps. The feather in its cap is undoubtedly Sample, a sampler that does more than play back chunks of audio chromatically.
Sort of a mini-production studio in a single plugin, Sample lets you sync and chop, pitch shift, time stretch and even isolate track stems. You can then drop these into Serato for DJing or use them in your tracks. It’s great fun and Serato has it on sale for 50% off right now for Black Friday. The sample ends on December 1.
Serato is also running a similar deal on Hex FX, its multi-effects unit.
Ableton Live 12 – 25% Off

The Black Friday DAW wars are really heating up. So far, we’ve had deals on Reason 13 and Bitwig, and now Ableton is jumping into the fray with 25% all tiers of the application. That drops the price of Live 12 Intro to £52, Standard to £194, and Suite down to £404.
All of this comes in advance of the release of 12.3 on November 25, which will see Splice integration added to Live, plus the Suite tier getting stem separation, with the ability to pul out vocals, drums and bass from any audio clip.
All Packs are also now 25%, including the Softube bundle and devices like Meld and Roar.
u-he Diva – 50% Off

Although it’s getting on in age, Diva from u-he is still one of the best soft synths on the market. With its Frankenstein approach to synthesis, you can assemble the best bits from famous vintage synths–oscillators, filters, envelopes–into a new whole that is definitely better than the sum of its parts. It also sounds amazing, the reason that it still gets name-checked by producers all the time. It’s currently on sale for €89.50.
Although Diva is our pick for the best u-he synth, it’s not the only one on sale right now. There are currently deals on Hive 2, Bazille, Repro, Satin, Presswerk, Filterscape, Colour Copy, Twangström, ACE, and MFM2.
Sonic Academy Kick 3 – 40% Off Plus Free Plugin

One of the best kick drum plugins available, Kick 3 from Sonic Academy, is now on sale for 40% off. What’s so special about Kick 3? The fact that you can import kick samples and analyze them, and then tweak them to taste, really sets Kick 3 apart from other kick VSTs. You really have to hear it in action.
Start by dropping in a kick sample. And not just isolated kicks, but full tracks. This lets you steal… erm, resynthesise kicks from tracks that you like and use them in your own productions. You then have control over multiple layers, such as subs and clicks, to further enhance the sound. And get this, you can trigger the kick off a reference track via sidechain, which is great for augmenting kicks on existing loops.
There’s lots more too, and with the Black Friday price of £47.97, this is a great time to buy. Sonic Academy will even throw in its SA76 compressor plugin free.
Filterverse – Save $50

Polyverse isn’t shy about pushing boundaries, but Black Friday is where things get especially wild. This year, the company has rolled out huge deals across its flagship products, and yes – that includes Filterverse, its seriously ambitious filter ecosystem released late last year.
Filterverse is a major step forward for Polyverse – a company already known for bending sound design reality with tools like Manipulator and Supermodal. But this time, they’ve gone beyond simply reimagining an effect: Filterverse is an entire modular filtering ecosystem, combining dozens of filter models, morphing engines, LFOs, envelopes, sequencers, and wild modulation tools into one fluid creative environment.
Polyverse describes Filterverse as “a universe of sound-bending filters designed for producers who aren’t afraid to push past the predictable.” And that’s exactly what it is. From classic analogue-style sweeps to chaotic resonant feedback, spectral carving, FM-style movement, and physics-based modulations, Filterverse feels less like a plugin and more like a full-blown sound-sculpting instrument. It retails at $149, which in today’s market puts it firmly in the premium category. But right now, you can get it for just $99 until December 4th.
GForce MAP – 50% Off

It’s not often that brand-new releases get included in Black Friday deals, but that’s just what’s happening with GForce. Along with 50% off deals on most of its (rather excellent) products, including Oberheim TVS Pro and Novation Bass Station, the company is also taking half off its most recent plugin, MAP, with a price of £49.99 down from £99.99.
MAP is something of a departure for GForce, which normally tackles decidedly traditional East Coast synths like your Oberheims and Moogs. But MAP is different. An original instrument that takes cues from West Coast modular monsters like Buchla and Serge, it “embodies the fearless spirit of sound explorers who broke every rule in pursuit of the new,” in the words of GForce. You get three oscillators with waveshaping and FM, dual filters, a deep modulation system, and lots of effects. It’s a sonic synthesis playground.
And it’s 50% off. You can’t beat that.
Reason 13 – Best Price Ever

Reason may be more than 25 years old but that doesn’t mean it’s time to put it out to pasture. Far from it. The DAW does lots of things that others don’t, including the now-famous rack that you can flip around and re-patch. It’s got lots of unique instruments and effects, plus you can always use third-party plugins too. It really is a fun way to make music. And it’s on sale for $199. What?
But you already have a DAW, right? No worries, because Reason 13 makes an excellent second DAW. And, what’s more, you can open it up as a plugin inside your main DAW to take advantage of all of its unique instruments. Even if you only ever used it as an instrument suite, it would still be totally worth it. And at the current price, you really can’t say no.
Reason 13 is going for $199 right now, which is reportedly the lowest price ever. If you already own an older version of the DAW, you can get the upgrade for $75. Even Reason+, the subscription, is half off right now.
Arturia V Collection 11 – 50% Off

Arturia’s V Collection is up to number 11. With 45 instruments, including the most recently added Jup-8000 V, Pure LoFi, Synthx V, MiniBrute V, the new SEM V, and the latest Augmented instruments, it’s a formidable collection. It’s also formidably expensive, which is why you may have been waiting for Black Friday. At 50% off, now is definitely the time. Upgrades and crossgrades are also available, meaning your price could be even lower.
If you already have V Collection or are waiting for the next version before making the commitment, Arturia also has its FX Collection 5, Analog Lab Pro, and incredible Pigments also at half off. And, if you spend more than €100, you can get an additional 15% off. It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas.
Minimal Audio Black Friday Bundle – 60% Off

You’ve got to love Minimal Audio. The company does amazing work. Its Current synth is still a firm favorite, but there’s lots more to like from Minimal as well, including the distortion plugin Rift, and Evoke, the just-released vocal resynthesis processor that also sounds incredible on non-vocal material. You can now get all three of these flagship products in the Black Friday Bundle for $210.20, which is 60% off the total of the three plugins combined. If you’ve already bought something in the past, you may qualify for an additional discount.
If that’s feeling like too much to drop at once, all individual Minimal Audio products are 50% off. So Current is $99.50 (down from $199) and Evoke is $79 (from its original $129). This puts their effects plugins (already a great buy at $49) at $24.50, which is an amazing price. Ripple Phaser and Swarm Reverb for less than 25 bucks each? Oh yeah.
Cherry Audio Mercury-4 – 61% Off

Cherry Audio is something of a force to be reckoned with in the plugin world. In the last decade, it’s grown from a few synth emulations into a powerhouse to rival Arturia with recreations of famous synths and original instruments. It also tackles ones that don’t tend to get as much love, such as Mercury-4, a solid remake of Roland’s Jupiter-4, the first in the company’s long and illustrious Jupiter line of poly synths.
Mercury-4 brings the four-voice analog original into the 21st century with 16 voices of polyphony, drift control for extra ‘analogueness’, a modded LFO section, MPE support, and added effects including tape echo, and an expanded arpeggiator to take things into areas that famous user Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran could never dream of.
Cherry Audio’s instruments are already affordable, but this Black Friday deal takes 61% off £44 to give you a £17 price tag. Hungry like the wolf yet?
Korg Collection 6 – 25% Off

This collection just keeps getting better and better. Korg recently announced version six of its Collection of virtual instruments, with the latest rev including ROMpler powerhouse Trinity, the SGX-2 piano sound engine, and PS-3300, an official recreation of the company’s fabulous (and fabulously rare) 100% polyphonic analogue synthesizer from 1977. And it’s already marked down by 25%.
If the PS-3300 and Trinity aren’t enough to get you to open your wallet, how about the Triton, Prophecy, microKorg, miniKorg 700S, MS-20, PolySix and Mono/Poly? There’s more too, including versions of the ARP Odyssey and 2600. It really is a fantastic set, even more attractive with this discounted price. It’s even got the M1, so if you’ve been meaning to start that cheeky UKG side project, now you can.
Korg Collection 6 is £270, marked down from £360.
LANDR – Up to 75% off

LANDR is running a massive sale on its plugins and subscription services. And this includes not only LANDR-branded items like the LANDR Mastering Plugin PRO and LANDR Composer (both 33% off) but also Synchro Arts’ VocAlign 6 Standard (40% off).

- 75% off: Revoice Pro 5 Upgrade
- 70% off: VocAlign 6 Upgrade
- 50% off: LANDR Mastering Plugin SE, LANDR Super Bundle, LANDR Ultimate Bundle, LANDR Studio Pro, Revoice Pro 5

Also, it’s not necessarily part of Black Friday but Synchro Arts is releasing RePitch 2, the latest version of its vocal tuner app. RePitch 2 introduces SmartAttack, multi-track editing and a redesigned interface. It’s available via Synchro Arts subscriptions, or as a perpetual license starting from $69.
Bitwig Studio 5 Crossgrade From Any DAW

Been meaning to jump ship from your DAW? Or heard good things about Bitwig Studio? Now could be the chance you’ve been waiting for. If you currently own a DAW (and since you’re reading Attack, we’re guessing that you do), you’re eligible for a crossgrade that will get you Bitwig Studio 5 for £179.
There are a few caveats, though. It has to be a full version, not a trial or lite one. It also says any DAW, but if it’s not Live, Logic, Pro Tools, Reaper, FL Studio, Digital Performer, Studio One, Reason or Cubase/Nuendo, you’re out of luck. Also, this is Studio 5 and not 6, although Bitwig does offer free upgrades within a year of purchase, so you could possibly get an instant free upgrade to 6. But don’t quote us on this because we haven’t tried it!
The Bitwig Studio 5 crossgrade is £179, which is 45% off the usual price of £329. The offer ends on November 13, which is actually pretty soon.
Manifest Audio – 30% off

The Max for Live mavericks at Manifest Audio are currently offering 30% off all products and bundles using code CYBERNET30 at checkout.
Their expansive and recently-revamped catalogue spans advanced generative MIDI sequencers such as Pattern Engine, Trifecta, Conversation Engine, Rhythm Engine, and more – combining generative power with highly programmable functionality for scale-aware, performance-ready solutions for Ableton Live (and Push standalone).
Producers seeking creative MIDI generation, modulation, and transformation workflows will find extensive MIDI Tools and powerful modulators, while their X-FX suite delivers harmonically integrated audio processing. For experimental creators, their innovative Sonification Tools convert numerical data, images, text, and more directly into musical structures (and even synthesis).
Baby Audio Smooth Operator Pro – 44% Off

Baby Audio is discounting most of its catalogue right now (including TAIP tape emulation at a whopping 90% off) but the smart pick for us is Smooth Operator Pro. The re-upped version of its popular clarity tool, the EQ plugin lets you remove harsh buildups of frequencies either globally or – new to the Pro version – individually per node. It also offers two correction algorithms and a sidechain mode to target masking.
This is a great opportunity to get this plugin, which is currently £55, or 44% off £99.
Cableguys ShaperBox 3 Bundle – 76% Off

You’d be hard-pressed to find a better rhythmic multi-effect than ShaperBox 3 from CableGuys. And you’d be hard-pressed to find a better deal than is on now.
The latest version of ShaperBox features 11 Shaper effects modules, including Volume, Time, Drive, Filter, Crush Noise, Pan, Width, Liquid, Reverb and the new Pitch. Each Shaper gets its own drawable LFO for creating rhythmic sweeps and patterns, either synced to the DAW track or (new in 3) triggered by MIDI. The latest version also offers a sidechain.
The Black Friday price for the fully loaded ShaperBox 3 is £80, or 76% off the regular price.
