The Italian minimal and tech house producer is breaking new ground in 2025.

Few producers in the minimal and tech house scenes have risen as swiftly — or with as much staying power— as Dimmish. A mainstay in the Beatport Top 100 and a fixture on lineups from London to São Paulo, the Italian DJ and producer has carved out a singular space with a sound that’s both stripped-back and brimming with groove.

A graduate of Italy’s Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale, Dimmish brings a technical rigor to his productions that sets him apart. His background in sound engineering and music technologies fuels a deep love for analogue gear and modular set-up — elements that underpin his sharp, infectious productions.

That sonic signature hasn’t gone unnoticed. Since 2018, his tracks have become go-to weapons for selectors like Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, and The Martinez Brothers. Breakout years in 2019 and 2020 saw him make Beatport history, with five tracks simultaneously dominating the minimal Top 10. Titles like Lucy Liu (Moan), Twister (No Art), and Brain Tornado (e1even) showcased his ability to merge hypnotic rhythms with club-ready impact.

Then came Planet Zero (Locus) — a defining track that took over charts and dancefloors worldwide, even earning airplay on BBC Radio 1. Follow-up hits like Mr Liar (Deeperfect) cemented his status at the top of the minimal house food chain.

Now, with a packed release schedule and a global tour locked in, Dimmish is gearing up for what might be his most defining year yet. Forthcoming records on Tamango, PIV CLUB, Hottrax, and Moon Harbour are set to expand his already formidable discography, each promising the same blend of heady minimalism and peak-time energy that fans have come to expect.

On stage, the journey continues. From Ibiza’s UNVRS to London’s Paradise Festival and Brazil’s Surreal Park, Dimmish’s tour calendar reads like a who’s who of club culture in 2025. And with a headline slot at Elrow Town in Reggio Emilia, the hometown hero looks poised to bring things full circle in spectacular style.
