Attack Magazine Competition Terms & Conditions

• Our competitions are open to UK residents only.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of the announcement on Attack Magazine’s website and social media.
• All timings are based on UK time.

Winner Requirements

• Winners agree to provide a photo by email of themselves with the prize, including any text we provide. The winner’s face must be clearly visible.
• Photos should be sent in their original size; we will edit them as needed.
• The winner’s first name and county or city of origin may be displayed on the Attack Magazine website, social media, and newsletters.
• If a winner fails to provide a photo, their claim will be void, and another winner will be selected.
• In some cases, we may request a photo before shipping the Facebook prize due to past winners forgetting to submit one.

Additional Terms

• Winners must follow Attack Magazine’s Facebook and Instagram pages to be eligible.
• Employees of Attack Media Ltd are not eligible to enter.
• Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
• If a prize is returned as undelivered (through no fault of Attack Magazine), the winner must cover the re-delivery charge.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for other products.
• If a prize arrives broken or defective, we will replace it with the same make and model when possible. If out of stock, we will select a suitable alternative of equivalent value.
• Winners do not earn VIP points for prizes.
• Any applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Attack Magazine’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
