This week’s top mixes include a unique trance set from Teki Latex, Midland at Dance Tunnel, and Bicep’s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix.

Bicep’s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. “It was an honour to be asked to contribute to a mix series which we have been listening to throughout our teens growing up in Belfast. In this mix we tried to cover quite a lot of ground, across a fairly wide spectrum of our taste, whilst still keeping it club focused.” Stream & download above.

Teki Latex Reconstructs Trance. Paris DJ Teki Latex dismantles and rebuilds the concept of trance in this incredible three-deck studio mix, blending elements of techno, grime and DJ tools. Stream above. Philip Sherburne’s article about the mix for Pitchfork is also well worth a read.

Grime of the times w/ Slackk. In his RA podcast, Paul Lynch creates an off-the-cuff, one-take mix that showcases the best in grime’s current instrumental flavours. Stream, download & interview here.

Midland @ Dance Tunnel. The last 3.5 hours of Midland‘s all night set at Dance Tunnel for Trouble Vision. “It was one of the most enjoyable of the year. 2 crates of records, 270 excellent (*dancing*) people, no cameras (ish) and a great sound system.” Stream & download above.

DJ Three live from 2004. As part of Fabric’s 15th birthday celebrations, Three shares an hour-long recording from a decade ago, including “some all-time favorites which really haven’t left my sets in over ten years”. Check out the accompanying interview here.
