What’s the first record you ever bought?

Impossible to remember the first CD but I know that one of the first vinyls I bought was LoSoul – ‘Open Door’ on Playhouse. I fell in love with the record. I bought it around ’98 when I had my turntables. At this time I was asking myself where I could play it, even though I was only playing in my bedroom! [laughs]

The first time you remember hearing electronic music?

In front of my TV. Snap – ‘Rhythm Is A Dancer’ and MARRS – ‘Pump Up The Volume’. They were both in the top 50.

The guaranteed floor-filler?

I will say Donna Summer – ‘I Feel Love’. No need to explain it.

The guilty pleasure?

Fleetwood Mac – ‘Everywhere’. The video clip is so cheesy but it always puts me in a super good mood.
